Leana started a new business BEACH VILLA--ACCOMODATION IN SECHELT SUNSHINE COAST BC in march 2008. It consists 3 vacation home for people to spend wonderful vation with family and friends. There are both good times and difficult time while running the business. Luckily, it is still undergoing, and would like to keep doing. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LISTING!! worst customer service ever! the lady i was speaking to, Man Li, basically told me to look elsewhere for accommodation. the payment system they had set up was "accidently" suspended by the website they were featured on..the website is the sunshinecoast accommodations site. she used the term accidently loosely...then she asks for the full amount even though its not our responsibility that her system was down. she demanded "online payment" like she said, what she meant was payment via online banking. we tried talking to her for three days we suggested we pay a deposit first then pay the full amount in cash when we arrive. she refused. ok, first of all, SKETCHY AS HELL. what kind of business is this? then she's asked me if i can meet her downtown and pay her the full amount. secondly, why the hell is her site "accidently" shut down?? that doesnt make sense! thirdly, when we paid by credit card the first time, it was approved. then the following day she emailed us and said it wasnt approved..soo SKETCHYYYYY... we were trying to work something out for three days, she lost our business we would have paid her the full amount. on top of that she was rude..oh and heres the kicker, she offered us 5% off...ummmmmm, the 12% tax is still going to be applied...so ur giving us $5 off??? ur outta your mind!!
